Preheat oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together
and roll pieces of dough into ping pong sized balls. Place on
lined baking paper and flatten gently. Bake for 8-10 minutes,
or until slightly browned around the edges. Cool on a wire rack.
3 ingredients, gluten free, no time at all to make, delicious
and you can change them each time you make them by
adding all sorts- chocolate chips, jam, smarties, rasins etc!!

unsealed roadway fronting their properties by Council's
Contractor must have a completed application form
returned to Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace,

Applications for applying dust suppression by applicant
are accepted from September until February, completed
application forms must be returned to Clutha District Council,
1 Rosebank Terrace, PO Box 25, Balclutha 9240.
All application forms need to be completed annually.

NON SPRAY REGISTER
As part of the ongoing roading maintenance, spraying
will continue throughout the year. If you are not currently
on the Non Spray Register and would like your property
frontage added to the Non Spray Register please contact
the Clutha District Council or your local Service Centre for
the Terms and Conditions and Application form.
Forms can also be downloaded from the Council website
APPLICATIONS CLOSE FRIDAY, 27 SEPTEMBER 2013.
Please note that the register is cleared on a
three-yearly basis. If you have registered in 2012
you will NOT have to reapply this year.
PROPOSAL TO CLOSE THE ROADS LISTED BELOW
PURSUANT to the Local Government Act 1974, Schedule 10
(clause 11e), Notice is given that the Clutha District Council, for
the purpose of installing a stock underpass, proposes to close
the following road to ordinary vehicular traffic for the period

CLUTHA DISTRICT LICENSING COMMITTEE
MEMBERSHIP EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
The Clutha District Council is seeking members for the
Clutha District Licensing Committee (DLC). Under the Sale
and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, from 18 December 2013 the
DLC will be responsible for considering and determining all
applications for licences to sell and supply alcohol as well as
general managers' certificates, special licences and temporary
authorities. The DLC will comprise of three members - a
Chairperson, and two committee members selected from a list
of people available to be committee members. Fees are set
by statute at $78/hr or $624/day for the Chair, and $51/hr or
$408/day for other members.
People wishing to express an interest can view more
information, including competency guidance for committee
members, at www.cluthadc.govt.nz .
Members cannot have any involvement in the alcohol industry,
either directly or by virtue of a relationship with another
person, that could cause any actual or perceived bias, and
they also cannot be a Police Constable, Medical Officer of
Health, licensing inspector or an employee of Council.

please submit a covering letter outlining your experience and
expertise relevant to the position and a curriculum vitae to

Clutha Health Incorporated is proud to promote
the availability of two scholarship funds of up
to $5,000 each to be used by any prospective
health personnel commencing studies in 2014.
The scholarships are particularly suited to
school leavers, adult students or persons
working within the health sector wishing to
further their education so as to become a doctor,
nurse, midwife, occupational therapist, social
worker or other eligible health care profession.

WM Campbell Trust Scholarship 2014
Applications are invited for the above
Scholarship from present or past students of
The Catlins Area School who are studying or
propose to study a three year minimum course
at tertiary level. Students who have had none
of their secondary schooling at The Catlins Area
School are not eligible to apply. The value of
the Scholarship will be determined by the Trust
and BOT. The Scholarship is for one year only.
