1st INSTALMENT 2013/14 RATES
Ratepayers of the Clutha District Council are reminded
that the last day for payment of the 1st instalment of
2013/14 rates is 30 August 2013. A 10% statutory penalty
will be imposed on any outstanding rates remaining
unpaid after this date.
Payments may be made direct to council service centres
- Suffolk Street, Tapanui
- 124 -- 126 Union Street, Milton
- 4 Clyde Street, Balclutha
- 5 Peel Street, Lawrence
and District Office - 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha
OR post to P O Box 25, Balclutha 9240.
Arrangements may be made to pay rates weekly,
fortnightly monthly or quarterly by contacting the Rates
Department at District Office.

Residents seeking to have dust suppression applied to the
unsealed roadway fronting their properties by Council's
Contractor must have a completed application form
returned to Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace,
PO Box 25, Balclutha by FRIDAY, 4 OCTOBER 2013.

Applications for applying dust suppression by applicant
are accepted from September until February, completed
application forms must be returned to Clutha District
Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, PO Box 25, Balclutha 9240.
All application forms need to be completed annually.

NON SPRAY REGISTER
As part of the ongoing roading maintenance, spraying
will continue throughout the year. If you are not currently
on the Non Spray Register and would like your property
frontage added to the Non Spray Register please contact
the Clutha District Council or your local Service Centre for
the Terms and Conditions and Application form.
Forms can also be downloaded from the Council website
APPLICATIONS CLOSE FRIDAY, 27 SEPTEMBER 2013.
Please note that the register is cleared on a
three-yearly basis. If you have registered in 2012
you will NOT have to reapply this year.

- Cook 4 sheets of ready rolled pastry till cooked, cool.
- In a microwave bowl stir in custard ingredients
- Cook till thick then allow cool.
- Put mixture inbetween custard sheets
- Ice with white icing
- Put in the fridge till really cold (will cut better).
