working in our 15 bed Inpatient Ward which provides
acute medicine, rehabilitation, palliative care and

SITE ADMINISTRATOR -- STIRLING
The Business Unit
Our Stirling site produces cheese for 2.5 million scones every hour. Impressive
continuous cheese making technology ensures Fonterra's 30 year old Stirling
site produces enough dry salt cheeses, such as Cheddar, Colby and Edam, to
supply the Australian, Great Britain, Middle Eastern, Central American and
domestic markets. The site also processes whey protein concentrate for use in
nutritional supplements, baby foods and sports drinks and lactose concentrate
which is sent to another site to be dried into lactose powder or slurry.
In this multifaceted position you'll be providing administrative support to our
Stirling site based just outside of Balclutha. Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Site Leadership team with the development and
maintenance of A3 Business Plans and Focused Improvement Projects
Communicating and distributing annual health monitoring schedule to staff
and management team
Maintaining and reviewing various databases, manuals and systems
Organising events, travel and accommodation when required, collating
orders, obtaining quotes and receipting goods
Providing reception work as you will be based at the front of the office
Managing and monitoring the stock levels and keeping a track of employee
sales at our famous onsite Cheese Bar
Provide administration support to our Site Maintenance team.
Skills and Experience
To be successful this role you will have:
Sound organisational ability, a flexible approach and a can-do attitude
Experience in administration
Sound skills in the full range of Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
Previous experience in SAP applications with Accounts knowledge (would be
a distinct advantage).
With your friendly nature, you pride yourself on ensuring that every customer
receives a professional and welcoming service. You are confident working
across all levels and dealing with a diverse range of people.
