OATBRAN FLAXMEAL BREAD
1 cup flaxseed meal (known as linseed from health food shop)
1 tbs sweetner (Splenda)
1 tbs baking powder
¼ cup water
5 eggs, well beaten
Pre heat oven to 175 deg. Mix all the dry ingredients. Add the eggs and water, stir
thoroughly. Allow the mix to stand for 5 minutes or so, to allow to thicken. Pour
mixture into a lined loaf tin. Cook in oven for about 20 minutes.

CREATIVE COMMUNITIES SCHEME
APPLICATIONS FOR FUNDING
Do you require financial assistance for arts and cultural
activities within the Clutha District Council area?
Applications for financial assistance under the Creative
Communities Scheme are now being called for. The scheme
is designed to increase access and participation in the arts
through the support of local arts activities.
The scheme has three criteria for assessing applications and
allocating funding. Projects should meet one or more of the
• Broad Community Involvement -- The project will create
opportunities for local communities to engage with and
participate in arts activities.
• Diversity -- The project will support the diverse arts and cultural
traditions of local communities, enriching and promoting their
uniqueness and cultural diversity.
• Young People -- The project will enable and encourage
young people (under 18 years) to engage with and actively
participate in the arts.

Applications for the next funding round close on 22 February 2013.
