5 egg whites
3 egg yolks 1 tsp baking powder
1 tbs cornflour
3 tbs oat bran 2 tbs sweetener
2 tbs fat free cream cheese Vanilla to taste
Separate the egg, in a bowl mix together the oat bran, egg yolks, cream
cheese, cornflour, baking powder, sweetener and flavouring.
In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, fold egg whites to other
Cover a flat baking tray with cooking paper. Spread mixture onto the tray
and cook at med oven until golden brown about 20 minutes.
Whilst cake in oven, make a thick custard for the filling.
Remove cake from oven and turn out on a damp clean tea towel. Spread
custard filling over cake in one layer. Roll up the cake into a swiss-roll.
This cake is yummy for people who are watching their weight.

RESTRICTED FIRE SEASON
Public Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sections 19, 22
and 23 of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977
THAT AS FROM MIDNIGHT ON 16 DECEMBER 2012,
A RESTRICTED FIRE SEASON WILL EXIST IN THE CLUTHA
DISTRICT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. THE ISSUING OF
PERMITS WILL COMMENCE ON 17 DECEMBER 2012
UNTIL 3.00PM ON 21 DECEMBER 2012. AFTER THE
CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR BREAK THE ISSUING OF
PERMITS WILL RECOMMENCE ON 15 JANUARY 2013.
1. Burning permits are required for all fires in the open
air during the restricted fire season except for the
a) The burning of agriculture crop residues, stubble
or straw provided that no crop residue, stubble
or straw shall be burnt until a fully ploughed
fire break of not less than five metres in width
has been created around the area to be burnt.
NOTE: Fire permits are required for all agricultural
residue fires within 500 metres of City Forests Ltd,
Wenita Forest Products Ltd forests and/or within
1 kilometre Department of Conservation area. Fire
permits are obtainable on application from these
b) Barbecues lit in properly constructed containers
which are fuelled with gas, solid or liquid fuel.
c) Cooking fires at camping sites lit within a concrete
or stone surround and with not less than three
metres of ground surrounding the container cleared
of all combustible materials.
PROVIDED THAT NO SUCH FIRES SHALL BE LIT
WHEN HIGH OR GUSTY WINDS ARE PREVAILING.
2. A ban on all fires on any day or days of extreme fire
hazard as broadcast under Section 20 of the Forest &
Rural Fires Act takes precedence over this notice.
3. In all cases a person lighting a fire within these
provisions shall remain in attendance at the fire until it
is fully extinguished or cannot spread.
4. It is no legal defence against the claims for damage
caused by the fire, that the fire was of a type or lit at a
time permitted by this notice.

ADVERTISING TERMS AND
In accepting an advertisement (including a notice) for publication,
and in publishing it we are doing so in consideration of and relying
on the advertisers express warranty, the truth of which is essential:
a. That the advertisement does not contain anything that is
misleading or deceptive or likely to mislead or deceive or which
otherwise breaches the Fair Trading Act 1986. That is defamatory or

2. The advertiser agrees to indemnify us against all losses or costs
arising directly or indirectly from any breach of those warranties by
the advertiser and from any costs incurred in our making corrections
or amendments in accordance with the terms that follow.
3. By supplying or placing an advertisement for publication the
advertiser grants us a perpetual, royalty free license to reproduce the
advertisement in any print or electronic advertising media we offer
advertisers now or in the future.
4. Where the advertiser utilises any aspect of our creative services in
the design or production of an advertisement (including photo-
graphic or design work) the advertiser acknowledges that we own the
copyright in such work and that such work is not work for which a
commissioning payment has been made or agreed.
5. We may refuse to publish, or withdraw an advertisement from
publication without having to give a reason.
6. We may publish the advertisement on the next available day if
there is an error delay in publication of the advertising as booked.
7. We may correct or amend advertising to conform to style or for
other genuine reason as long as we do so using reasonable care.
8. We may take orders for advertising in specific spaces (space
orders). The space may be used only by the advertiser for advertising
of the advertisers usual business and may not be transferred by the
advertiser to another person.
9. The guarantees contained in The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
are excluded where the advertiser acquires, or holds himself out as
acquiring, goods or services from us for the purpose of a business.
10. The advertiser must tell us as soon as possible if there is an error
or omission in any advertisement the advertiser has placed. We will
not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss (which includes
loss of revenue or profit) from an error or omission or failure to
publish and if we are found to have any direct liability for any
circumstance that liability is limited to the cost of the space of the

12. The charge for an advertisement will be in accordance with the
published rate card applying at the time for the publication, unless
we agree otherwise in writing. Rate card adjustments will apply to
space orders with effect from advertising appearing 28 days after the
rate adjustment is published on our rate card. Rates for space orders
apply for the whole space and are not reduced if the whole space is

residents will be zero-rates for GST purposes. GST will be applied at
the standard rate to advertising placed by non-resident agents acting
for New Zealand resident principals.
14. If payment for advertising is not made by due date (which is the
20th of the month following invoice. unless we specify otherwise ) the
advertiser will be liable for interest at market rates and all costs of
recovery, commissions and collection fees.
